Boquete is one of my favorite spots to ever visit! This small town in the west of Panama only has 20,000 inhabitants of whom a lot are retired Americans and/or Europeans who saw this piece of heaven as the perfect spot to spent their old days. That must already mean something, right? Boquete has a lot to offer, and is a must visit if you are travelling through Central America!

It has been a bit more quiet then usual the last few months here at Uncensored Travel, but with many good reasons. As you could have guessed from our PM2AM trip blog series, we are getting married on the 9th of February of 2019! Combining this with a finalizing of our Master’s- and PhD degrees, having to arrange a lot of things for our travel themed wedding and private life you can imagine blogging and making videos is not a priority.
But, this comes with good news! 2019 will give us a lot of input there we will be: travelling with Sam’s sisters from Bangladesh, getting married travel themed style and go on a honey moon to Latin America!
Cheers to a wonderful 2019!
Burg Eltz is located in the German province Rheinland-Pfalz, between the cities Koblenz and Trier. The medieval castle is built in the 12th century and is nestled on a hillside. The castle is famous for being well preserved, surviving nature and human interference. If you are in the Western side of Germany, be sure to make a quick stop here!

Brussels is the capital of Belgium. But it is so much more than just a culture. In Belgium, the Flenders (Dutch speaking) and Wallonia (French speaking) who are divided in the country meet in their capital. I know there is a German enclave in the east but that is a bit further ;-). It is also the capital of the European Union (or, at least a lot of meetings happen here). The total city is home to 1,8 million people, including the suburbs. It is a mixed pot of different nationalities, making it a diverse city with a rich history. Perfect for a day trip!
When visiting China, visiting the national symbol is a must! The Panda Bear is known worldwide by its distinct features. Unfortunately it is driven to extinsion, but with the help of the Panda Research Center in Chengdu there is hope. With a good functioning breeding program and 50 Giant Panda’s plus 20 Red Panda’s strolling around. Dearly note that it is not a zoo. The animals are not on display and are not very active throughout the whole day.
The park is build in a way to learn its visitors about the Panda bear with interactive activities.

Drink Beer
God, Prague is awesome for beer. The beer is cheap, the beer is plenty, the beer is tasty. We were lucky to visit Prague in May when there was a beer festival with special beers. Great for all my Untappd friends!
In december 2016 we visited Bucharest, Romania. Instead of just doing a city trip we decided to hire a car and drive around to do some castle hunting!
